"I called four companies for estimates. Jerry was at my house within 24 hours to measure and answer any questions. He was professional and his crew worked very hard for 3 straight days. Before he stained, he put samples of as many stains as I wanted on the floor, then sanded them back out afterwards. While they were there, I asked if they could replace a transition piece that my tile installer removed. No problem. They put a new piece of wood in for no extra charge.
